Smart water quality sensors for the water treatment industry

2023-03-28

Many industries are experiencing high costs for chemicals and labor for wastewater treatment, as their chemical oxygen demand (COD) levels were well over the limit. The use of Internet of Things (IoT) and AI technology can greatly optimize the efficiency of wastewater treatment processes.

At Water Lab, we understand the urgency of developing water quality sensors that can seamlessly integrate with existing water treatment facilities. By employing cutting edge AI algorisms, these sensors are capable of providing real-time monitoring of water quality data such as CODmn or CODcr. Such data can be used to optimize operation parameters automatically.

We are currently working with Suez Environnement, and Muyuan Foods Co.,ltd. to test the application of AI-enabled real-time water quality monitoring in drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities.
